Bag Boy T-10 Summary:
Very poor construction. I have owned the bag since last December and used the bag on four different occasions. This is now the third time I have had to take the bag in for repairs. Once the seam came undone between the hard top and soft case, once the strap that helps hold the hard top ripped out from the bag, and on my last trip, the soft case, bottomed wheel housing seam came apart.
I am sending the case back for a full refund as it is still under warranty Customer Service:
Not very helpful, they told me to try and work it out with the retailer, didn't offer any suggestions or replacement.
