909 D2

Summary:
Golfreview didn't post this driver up yet so I'm just writing it in the 907 D2. Just got the 909 D2 about a week ago. Driver feels good at impact. Wasn't longer than my TM R7 Superquad. It's pretty forgiving. Just some pushes and pulls but no banana balls. It has the VOODOO shaft in stiff. You need to catch it on the upswing but when you do, feels solid and smooth. I think it puts a lot of spin on the ball (I use PROV1x). Didn't get much roll. I actually like the sweetspot of my Superquad a little better, but I only played with it once today so I'll come back to write about it some more soon.

Titleist 907D2

Summary:
This is a really great, classic driver among the new innovated drivers of today. I had been previously been hitting a TM Burner with the stock 50 gram shaft. At first, I hit it well, but then I could only draw it, which turned into a rope. The 907 with the VS Proto is a great combo. I can work the ball either way and don't have to worry about hooking it. It is a great all around feel club that would suit a decent golfer's game well.

Titleist D2

Summary:
WOW! I use to be able to only drive the ball 180 yrds but now after my D2 purchase I can drive the ball 300 yrds. I added 120 yards to my drive! I now have my swagger back. Hell, I think my jimmy even grew after this purchase. I am now picking up girls like P.Diddy. I owe all of this to Titleist and my purchase of the D2. When people see me hit balls at the range the now ask for autographs, and girls take serious notice. Purchase this driver and all of this can be yours.

D2 10.5 DVS Reg

Summary:
I have review a few drivers on this site, maybe even this driver. I won't say it let's me hit 300 yard drives, nothing could do that. It is as long as anything else I have used in the last year, Hyper X Tour, FT5 Tour, Taylormade Tour Burner, Taylormade Burner, Nike Sumo, Titleist D2. All drivers were 10.5 degree with regular flex shafts. The combination of the D2 and DVS shaft is just about perfect. I don't believe anybody that will hit this setup will look any further for a driver. The feel is solid, not boardy, not firm, just solid, like a perfectly struck forged iron. The shaft performs better than I was hoping, ball jumps off the face and goes right where you want it to. Trajectory is excellent, no ballooning, no worm burners, no dropping like a wet rag at the end of the ball flight. This driver is every bit as long as the Hyper X and maybe a tad bit further. The feel, sound, look, and weighting are much more pleasing than the Hyper X, or anything else on the market for that matter. I played this driver with Aldila VS Proto and NVS and it didn't feel or play anything like it does with the DVS. Try this setup it is great, or at least consider the DVS for your current or next driver, this is the greatest shaft on the market. I have also tried lots of shafts in drivers, Grafalloy, Graphite Design, Fujikura, UST, and other Aldilas. First shaft I can honestly say is remarkably different and lives up to or exceeds the advertising claims.

Customer Service:
Titleist is very good, and the number of shafts available without an upcharge is what all major manufacturers should offer but don't. Special order, DVS at 44.5 inches and different grip took only two days to receive from date of order.

Summary:
This has to be the worst driver I've ever tested. No feel, clunky, and sounds like a tin can. Thank god I did not purchase first.

Customer Service:
I've never needed them, but being the large company they are I'm sure its sub par. Yes, pun was intended.

ALL top products. Ping G10 is what a driver should be. I'm glad I have the income and the luxury to try everything my heart desires. That being said, I will try more Titleist in the future and see if they've improved.
